Then he introduces a formula to show how to accomplish this: CO2 = P x S x E x C, where P = the number of people. Listen carefully. He says we need to get “one of these numbers to zero” (haha). Stop and think about that for a second. When you and I think about health care services, we think about how they help people survive and thus INCREASE population. But Bill is discussing how to REDUCE the “P” (population). Here’s how:
